Everclear Recipes

Recipes are like roadmaps. You can follow them to a T, or deviate, take the scenic route and see what happens. Here are a few of our favorites, but you can find many more on the Everclear website.

Bee’s Nice
- 1 oz. Everclear
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 1 oz. Honey simple syrup
- 1.5 oz. prosecco
1. Combine Everclear, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup into a shaker full of ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into Martini glass and roll.
4. Top off with Prosecco.
Easy Breezy
- 1 oz. Everclear
- 1.5 oz. Pineapple juice
- 1.5 oz. Cranberry juice
- Squeeze lime wedge
1. Combine Everclear, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice in a shaker full of ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
4. Squeeze lime wedge into drink.
5. Garnish with orange wheel.
Cucumber Mint Cooler
- 1 oz. Everclear
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- 1 oz. Simple syrup
- 5 Mint leaves
- 3 Cucumber wheels
- 1.5 oz. Club soda
1. Combine Everclear, lime juice, and simple syrup into a muddler.
2. Muddle and then shake over ice.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and roll.
4. Top off with club soda.
5. Garnish with mint leaves and cucumber wheel.
Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita
- 1 oz. Everclear
- 1.5 oz. Reposado tequila
- 1.5 oz. Watermelon Jalapeño Liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
1. Combine tequila, Watermelon Jalapeño Liqueur and lime juice in a shaker full of ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass full of ice. (Salted rim optional)
3. Garnish with lime wheel and/or jalapeño.
Times Square
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon or Rye
- 0.5 oz. Homemade Chocolate Liqueur
- 0.5 oz. Sweet vermouth
- 1/4 oz. Cherry liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters (or Aromatic Bitters)
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixer filled with ice.
2. Stir until fully chilled.
3. Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
Lavender Vanilla Rickey
- 1 oz. Lavender Vanilla Liqueur
- 1.5 oz. Gin
- 2 Cucumber slices
- 0.5 oz. Lemon juice
- Club soda
1. Combine the Lavender Vanilla Liqueur, Gin, Cucumber and Lemon juice in a shaker full of ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
4. Top off with Club soda.
5. Garnish with cucumber slice and lavender buds.
Rose All Day
- 1 oz. Everclear
- 0.5 oz. Real strawberry puree
- 0.5 oz. Lemon juice
- 3 oz. Sparkling rose
1. Mix Everclear, Real strawberry puree, and Lemon juice in a shaker.
2. Shake over ice.
3. Strain into a martini glass and roll.
4. Top off with Sparkling rose.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel.
Chi-Chi
- 1 oz. Everclear
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- 2 oz. CoCo Real Cream of Coconut
- 1.5 oz. Club soda
1. Combine Everclear, Lime juice, and CoCo Real Cream of Coconut in a shaker.
2. Shake over ice.
3. Pour into rocks glass and roll.
4. Top off with Club soda.
5. Garnish with Lime wheel.
Friendsgiving
- 1 oz. of Everclear
- 3⁄4 oz. of Fresh lemon sour mix (boil equal parts lemon juice and sugar)
- 3⁄4 oz. of Pumpkin puree or Pumpkin butter
- Sprinkle ground nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1.5 oz. Ginger beer
1. Combine Everclear, Fresh lemon sour mix, and Pumpkin puree or Pumpkin butter in a shaker.
2. Shake over ice.
3. Strain into a Rocks glass and roll.
4. Top off with ginger beer.
5. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
