About Olmeca Altos Margarita Cocktail

Olmeca Altos Tequila is the brainchild of Maestro Tequilero Jesús Hernández and renowned bartenders Henry Besant and Andrés Masso. Olmeca Plata Tequila is crafted at the Destilería Colonial de Jalisco in Los Altos, Mexico. Distilled from mature blue agaves using several traditional methods, it's a sweet, herbal, citrusy, and peppery expression that makes a perfect base for Olmeca Altos Margarita, a ready-to-drink cocktail that comes in a 750 mL bottle. The 30-proof cocktail is crafted with Plata Tequila, triple sec, natural lime flavors, and agave syrup. All that's missing from a perfect cocktail are a couple of ice cubes!

About Olmeca Altos

2009 was the year the State of Tennessee decided to change its laws, allowing the making of moonshine for the very first time in over a century. Ole Smoky was co-founded by Joe Baker in Tennessee, and the brand has created a broad range of flavored Moonshine and more than a dozen Whiskeys, as well as canned ready-to-drink cocktails.

About Cocktails

The history of cocktails dates back to the not-so-good days of prohibition when people started to mix drinks trying to make the homemade or bootlegged liquor drinkable.

But things have changed since then, and cocktails have become increasingly popular with modern pop culture, from classics like Martini, Old Fashioned, or Negroni, to the more festive versions like Margaritas and Mojitos becoming staples in most bars.
