Condesa Clasica Gin is an extra dry gin from Mexico City, made to celebrate Mexico's luscious flora and the traditional curandera ceremonies where a curandero, healer, treats the patient with a variety of treatments. Herbs are used to cleanse the negative energy away, flowers attract love and resins expand consciusness. This is why besides the traditional botanicals like juniper berries, coriander seeds, elderflower, rosemary, lavender, lime and orange peel, this unique gin is infused with palo santo, a fragrant wood used for medicinal purposes, sage to cleanse the body of negative energies, jasmine, myrrh, and cedron. The fresh profile with herbal, floral and citrusy flavors is nothing like you've ever tasted and Clasica will elevate any classic cocktail.

About Condesa Gin

Condesa is a modern premium gin brand from Mexico. Operated by an all-female team, its mission is to bring to the world the tastes of modern Mexico, extending beyond the clichés of sombreros and the typical agave flavors. Situated in Mexico City, it’s named after La Condesa, which is an architecturally significant area of Mexico City, a green oasis in the heart of the city and home to the city’s creative communities. Condesa gin translates the vibrations of its streets, its flavors and cultural traditions into the fine tastes of a modern Mexican spirit.

A small batch gins, Condesa gins are distilled in the city’s first micro-distillery. The all-female team is headed by Maestra Destiladora, Hillhamn Salome, who oversees the process and selects regional botanicals, sustainably sourced from Mexico.

About Gin

Tasting Notes

This unique gin has a fragrant and fresh nose with herbs like rosemary, jasmine and coriander greeting you first. The palate is fresh and warm, full of citrus flavors of cedron, lime and orange as well as savoury sage and delicate elder flower. The finish is bitter due to palo santo, jasmine and myrrh.
