Inspired by a 17th-century villa near Florence, where Sodi once lived, the restaurant is a sight to see — but it’s the tales woven through their dishes and drinks that truly captivate.

Their Taste of Italy trio features three ready-to-drink charismatic cocktails: the Classic Negroni, the White Negroni, and the Espresso Martini.

Let's begin with the Classic Negroni, a harmonious blend of Forthave Red Aperitivo, dry gin, and bespoke vermouth. It offers a complex medley of juniper, citrus, and fruity aromas, leading you into a rich palate brimming with cinnamon, orange, coriander, and bittersweet fruit. It culminates in a full-bodied finale with a vibrant burst of red fruit.

Their White Negroni represents a modern twist on a beloved classic. Forthave's secret White Aperitivo joins forces with dry gin and a medley of vermouth, creating a floral and herbaceous bouquet embellished by hints of white peppercorn and citrus aromas.
