About Hella Citrus Cocktail Bitters
Apart from making small-batch bitters, the company focuses on mixology, producing mixers, and kits that enable you to craft your own bitters and cocktails. Their range of bitters includes Aromatic, Orange, Smoked Chili, Citrus, Ginger, Apple Blossom, Eucalyptus, and Mexican Chocolate variations. They even have two canned Bitters & Soda drinks, the sugar-free Dry Aromatic and the bittersweet Spritz Aromatic.
Their Citrus Cocktail Bitters, which they simply call their "full spectrum bitters", is made with 4 different citrus peels, along with ginger, gentian, and other roots and spices. The resulting bitters is bright and aromatic, sweet, and more complex than your typical orange bitters. Bottled at 94-proof, one bottle makes 80 drinks, but the incredibly versatile liquid is great for cooking as well.

About Hella Cocktail Co.
The Hella Cocktail Co is based in Brooklyn, New York, and was founded in 2011 by a group of cocktail-loving friends — Jomaree Pinkard, Tobin Ludwig, and Eduardo Simeon — after experimenting with making bitters at home. The immense success that followed soon after they opened their doors came as a shock and they quickly ramped up production.

About Cocktails
The history of cocktails dates back to the not-so-good days of prohibition when people started to mix drinks trying to make the homemade or bootlegged liquor drinkable.
But things have changed since then, and cocktails have become increasingly popular with modern pop culture, from classics like Martini, Old Fashioned, or Negroni, to the more festive versions like Margaritas and Mojitos becoming staples in most bars.
