About Empirical Can 02 4-Pack

Famed for their innovative, out-of-the-box spirits that can't be tucked into just one single category, Empirical Spirits is often asked how their premium spirits should be enjoyed. As a response, CAN 02 is one of their first ready-to-drink canned cocktails. To develop CAN 02, Empirical Spirits connected with Sasha Wijidessa from Singapore cocktail bar Operation Dagger. With an ABV of 8%, the spirit base of beet molasses and Belgian saison yeast is then flavored with cold-infused sour cherry juice, sour cherry spirit, keemun black tea cold brew, blackcurrant bud spirit, walnut wood tea, walnut wood spirit, pine cone kombucha and maqaw pepper spirit. No sugar has been added.

About Empirical
