Margarita
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Agave syrup (one part agave nectar, one part water)
- Glass: Margarita glass
- Garnish: Lime wheel
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Margarita glass or into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Beach Borracho
- 2 oz Madre Mezcal
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Agave Syrup (one part agave nectar, one part water)
Add all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
