About Via Carota Cocktails Bundle

Via Carota is a lineup of bottled craft cocktails that come from the eponymous Italian restaurant in West Village, New York City. Just like their dishes, their cocktails are crafted with the finest ingredients. Classic recipes have been tweaked and elevated to embody the cozy ambiance, warmth, and relaxed elegance of the restaurant, all in beautifully textured and wonderfully convenient 375-milliliter glass bottles. This set contains their 3 classics: the Old Fashioned, Classic Negroni, and Espresso Martini. The Old Fashioned is crafted with a 4-year-old rye whiskey that was matured in charred oak casks, aromatic bitters, orange, and brown sugar, making for an oaky, spicy, citrusy, and bitter sipper. The Classic Negroni is a complex and bittersweet affair that's made with red aperitivo, dry gin, and their bespoke vermouth. Finally, the Espresso Martini brings real espresso together with vodka that was distilled 7 times, making for a unique ready-to-drink sipper. Each bottle contains at least 4 servings.

Tasting Notes

Old Fashioned:
The rye whiskey shines through with spice and caramel followed by vanilla and oak on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and balanced with brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, spice, dark fruit, and citrus zest. The finish is satisfyingly long.

Classic Negroni:
The nose is complex with juniper, citrus, and fruit aromas. Look for cinnamon, orange, coriander, and fruit on the bittersweet palate that leads to a full-bodied finish with red fruit.

Espresso Martini:
The nose is rich with dark chocolate, toffee, and dark fruit. Look for notes of cherry, chicory, toasted coffee beans, and chocolate on the palate that finishes smooth, creamy, and gently sweet.
