Founded in 2017, Sobrii is the culmination of Bob Huitema's search for delicious non-alcoholic cocktails. Having worked in the food and beverage industry, he channeled his experience into Sobrii 0-Gin, the first of its kind to be distilled in Canada. Sobrii 0-Tequila is a continuation of his journey to crafting some of the finest distilled non-alcoholic spirits. Inspired by the artisanal mezcaleros and tequileros from Mexico, Sobrii 0-Tequila achieves the Mexican spirit's taste and heat by infusing agave with jalapeno, black pepper, coriander, and Canadian ginseng. It's produced by macerating the botanicals in alcohol. After several distillations, the alcohol is removed using a proprietary process, resulting in a non-alcoholic spirit that's perfect for cocktails.
