About Seagram's Juicy Watermelon Vodka

The vodka is produced in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, from the highest quality and locally sourced ingredients. The grain for this award-winning American made vodka is grown in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. The grain is mashed and fermented in batches at the Lawrenceburg distillery, and then the mash is pushed through a column still to remove any non-alcohol molecules that were introduced during fermentation. Seagram’s Vodka is distilled 5 times for a clean and extra smooth taste and no burn. The first distillation produces a strong, very neutral spirit at 192 proof, which is distilled again to reach the correct proof. The spirit is then distilled three more times to ensure a crisp, smooth taste. After the fifth distillation, the vodka is brought down to the bottling proof by adding locally sourced water that was purified with a reverse osmosis process. In addition to the regular vodka that is bottled at 80 proof, Seagram’s also makes Platinum Vodka with 90 proof alcohol, and a range of flavored vodkas, from fruity varieties such as apple, grapefruit and lime, to its southern inspired sweet tea vodka.
