Maid of the Meadow reflects the abundance of the Hudson Valley. It's crafted in Hudson Valley's Denning's Point Distillery, that's located in the historical and agricultural heart of the Valley. It's there, that they craft modern spirits with a deep respect for tradition, local history, grains, and people. The expression starts with a wheat-based neutral spirit that is infused with wild herbs and wild honey, making for a delicious and unique 80-proof spirit that pairs particularly well with dry sparkling wine. Maid of the Meadow won a Gold Medal at the 2022 edition of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
