Twice-distilled copper pot stills, Komos Tequila Añejo Cristalino beings with Komos Blanco that is then aged in French oak to impart a Mediterranean influence. Charcoal-filtered to remove impurities, the liquid is then placed in Greek amphora, where it’s lightly tumbled, resulting in a smoother expression.

About Komos Tequila Añejo Cristalino

For this unique cristalino, the best agave is harvested from the Highlands and Lowlands in Jalisco, Mexico, and then roasted in stone ovens on the side of the volcano in Tequila, Mexico. Twice-distilled copper pot stills, Komos Tequila Añejo Cristalino begins with Komos Blanco that is then aged for 12 months in French oak to impart a Mediterranean influence. Charcoal-filtered to remove impurities, the liquid is then placed in Greek amphora, where it’s lightly tumbled, resulting in a smoother expression. The bottle depicts the three essential symbols to represent Mexico: Sun, Sea, and Salt. Expect a sweet nose of sugared pineapple, bright agave, and lime zest that continue on the rich, floral, and delicate mouthfeel. The finish is mineral and dry. Enjoy neat or in tequila-forward cocktails.

About Tequila
