These are slow-cooked to perfection, an extended process of approximately 8 hours more than usual, allowing for a deep, flavorful extraction. The cooked agave is then milled to derive the sweet nectar, which is fermented using 100 percent all-natural agave yeast. This precise method develops the intricate expressions of Tequila Corrido. The tequila is then rested for 30 days for harmonization, ensuring a balanced and nuanced flavor profile. This double-distilled, 100% additive-free tequila is bottled at 100 proof, promising a refined drinking experience.
