The Arandas municipality in Jalisco, Mexico, is renowned for its straw hats, woolen blankets, and lush land, as well as for housing the Baluarte Spirits distillery, which produces three outstanding tequilas—Añejo, Blanco, and Reposado. Aged for nine solid months, the Tequilana Weber agave was cooked in a traditional masonry oven using a double distillation method in copper-column stills.
