Via Carota is a rustic Italian restaurant that is run by acclaimed chefs and co-owners Jody Williams and Rita Sodi, called "one of the great partnerships in the New York restaurant scene" by The New York Times. The trattoria, located in West Village, New York City, is inspired by a 17th-century villa near Florence where Sodi once lived. While the restaurant itself is a sight to behold, it's the dishes and drinks that really tell the stories ― their cocktails included. Via Carota Craft Cocktails is a way to experience the cozy ambiance, warmth, and relaxed elegance of the restaurant in the form of bottled craft cocktails.
